Can I make employees cutback on their hours?
In case of financial problems can I make a full-time employee work part time?

Dear Alaleh,
I do not beleive you can compel a full-time empoyee to work part time, but you can certainly offer that option. It might be better than no salary at all or they can look for another job. The bigger question is - does this make sense for you and what financial problems can you solve other ways.
