Bill Roth is president of NCCT, a San Francisco-based consulting firm that facilitates innovations in sustainability marketing and green business strategies. His public service has included being a corporate sponsor of California’s pioneering legislation capping green house gas emissions, serving on California’s Hydrogen Highway Task Force and being a member of his local community sustainability group, Sustainable Moraga.
Roth is also a nationally recognized expert in pricing strategies with a principal focus upon Real Time Pricing. In addition to participating in the launch of the first hydrogen-fueled Prius, he has held executive leadership positions as senior vice president of marketing and sales with PG&E Energy Services, as COO of Texaco Ovonics Hydrogen Solutions and president of Cleantech America, a developer of solar power plants.
