In this video, Entrepreneur Network partner Brian Tracy explains why your goals from the least year did not succeed. People often fail because their goals are:

  1. Not relevant. Before forming goals, make sure they offer a benefit to your life. Strong goals should be able to get you fired up.
  2. Difficult to measure. Unless goals are restricted by time limits and clear metrics, it is unlikely that your goal will be achieved. Many well-intentioned goals fail to live up to expectations because they are let to fluctuate and given up due to lose limits. Or, they are too vague.

Watch the video to hear more about why goals fail, which formats do work for goals and how they will lead you to success in the New Year.
