"The bigger the vision you have, the more important it is for you [to think] on what type of a team you're going to put around you," Bet-David says.

From "business developer" to "visionary," Bet-David describes the specific types of people who fit each role and provides examples of the traits of each. If you're a visionary, then it's likely that you're the CEO. If you're more interested in the operational side of things, you might be better-suited as the COO.
