On this episode of Leaders Create Leaders, Entrepreneur Network partner Gerard Adams introduces the audience to "Elevator Night" and discusses entrepreneurship with social media influencer Jake Paul.

Paul has over 14 million followers across his social media channels. He's an influencer and creates hilarious content to entertain millions of people around the globe. In 2015, he launched his app Locker Room.

In the video, Adams invites Paul to attend and present at "Elevator Night," a business plan pitch competition that has 12 startups pitch to over 200 investors. Paul, along with 12 other startups, pitch at the competition and six end up receiving funding.

Adams also shares some insight about pitching and starting up -- "You never know when an opportunity is going to strike so you have to be ready at all times, no matter what!"
