Stress can take an unneccessary toll on your productivity, from affecting your health to creating roadblocks that will stop you from completing your tasks for the day. According to Entrepreneur Network partner Ben Angel, though stress may seem all bad in most cases, there are both positive and negative versions of stress. The positive stress can drive us to complete projects within a short amount of time with increased focus.

However, if you feel stress for too long, you might burn out. That's why Angel wants to help you develop two strategies you can use to deal with stress:

  1. Mental priming. Listen to a self-recorded meditation of the day ahead of you. Visualizing the day and week ahead relieves stress, signaling to your brain that life goes on.
  2. Increase your tolerance. Check your nutrition. If your nutrition is affecting your mood anyway, the stress will only amplify it
